Refunds: Eligibility and Process

Trial Purchase Refunds

If you are trying our service for the first time and have purchased a trial period (at any of the offered price tiers: $0.5, $1, $3.99, $5, $6.99, $9, $13.76), you may request a full refund within 30 days. This option is available only if you have not previously received a trial refund on any of your accounts, have complied with all terms of service, and your refund request is submitted through our official support channels.

Subscription Refunds

Refunds for regular, ongoing subscriptions are generally not provided. However, exceptions may be made in the following cases:

Extended Service Outages: If there is an unexpected platform outage lasting more than 24 hours (excluding scheduled maintenance or events outside our control), you may qualify for a refund.

Technical Problems: If a technical issue or system error prevents access to essential features, and the issue is reported within 30 days of the charge and confirmed by our team, a refund may be processed.

Billing Mistakes: Refunds will be issued if you were double-charged, charged the incorrect amount, or billed for unauthorized transactions.

Legal Compliance: Refunds are granted if required by applicable law.

When Refunds Are Not Available

Certain situations are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances, including:

• Unused or partially used subscription time after cancellation

• Switching to a lower-priced plan

• Loss of access to features during maintenance

• Deciding you no longer want or need the service

• Failing to cancel before subscription renewal

Requesting a Refund

To start a refund request, contact us through our Help Center, support portal, or email info@witlab.us. Please provide the email address linked to your account, transaction details, your reason for the request, and any supporting documentation. Most refund requests are reviewed and processed within three business days.

Refund Delivery

Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase. Alternative accounts or payment methods are not eligible. If your card has expired or was canceled, your bank or card issuer will determine how and when your credit is processed. The timing and availability of refunds to expired or replaced cards are subject to your card issuer's policies.

Currency and International Payments

Supported Currencies

We process payments and refunds in the following currencies:

• EUR (European Union)

• GBP (United Kingdom)

• CAD (Canada)

• AUD (Australia)

For users in other countries, all payments and refunds are processed in USD.

Currency Conversions

If your purchase involves currency conversion, your bank or card provider will set the exchange rate and may add conversion fees, which are non-refundable. These charges may appear separately on your bank statement. Wit Lab LLC does not add any additional fees for currency conversion. Please consult your financial institution for their exact rates and fee structure.
