5. Subscriptions, Pricing, and Trials
New users may access a 7-day trial for a selected nominal price, with conversion to a recurring paid plan at the end of the trial. Non-Refundable Scenarios: No refunds are provided for unused subscription time, service interruptions due to maintenance, or change of mind.
Refunds are only processed to the payment method used for purchase, and any bank currency conversions or fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Content submitted by users remains their property, but Wit Lab LLC is granted a worldwide, royalty-free license to process and use the content as necessary for service delivery, analytics, and improvement, including AI training (anonymized).

9. System and Technical Requirements

Legal and escalated matters have separate procedures and timelines. All service requests are tracked for quality and compliance.
11. Limitation of Liability
Wit Lab LLC’s financial responsibility is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months. We do not accept liability for financial loss, indirect damages, service outages due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), or any reliance on the information provided through the platform. Users must seek professional advice for significant decisions.

14. Termination
Accounts may be terminated by the user or by Wit Lab LLC (for breach, fraud, legal, or regulatory reasons). Account deactivation is immediate and irrevocable, though some data may be retained as required by law. You may reactivate within 30 days, but after that, a new account is necessary.
